Salalah
The futuristic city spans an area of 7 square kilometers and is expected to include around 12,000 residential units, with a population density of up to 60,000 people. The city will feature a vibrant urban structure that integrates "living and working" spaces, comprising 2.5 million square meters of open and green spaces, as well as various types of parks, including cultural, natural, and recreational gardens. It will also have a waterfront that attracts investments.

The city boasts a stunning coastal view, as it is located in the heart of Greater Salalah’s urban center. It is bordered by the Arabian Sea to the south, the Arzat farm to the north, the Khor Shaa’e to the east, and the Khor Al-Dahareez to the west.
