Spanning an area of 11.5 square kilometers, the project accommodates between 10,000 to 15,000 residents across 2,500 housing units. It is also expected to attract over 2,000 daily visitors, with an average overnight stay of 2,350 guests. The total investment in this massive project amounts to 1.2 billion Omani riyals, generating more than 5,000 job opportunities.

The plan aims to blend living and leisure while attracting both local and international visitors, preserving the region’s natural values and features within a comprehensive, multi-use developmental framework.
