About Neighbourhood

Husn Al Zain Project is one of the national initiatives for integrated residential neighborhoods, aiming to develop a modern housing community. Husn Al-Zain is a luxurious residential complex located in the wilayat of Bidbid, Al-Dakhiliyah Governorate, consisting of 639 high-quality residential units of various sizes. The community features vast outdoor spaces and diverse facilities that cater to residents' needs. The project offers three different land distribution models: - Model (O): Includes 3 bedrooms, with a land area of 140 m² and a residential unit area of 173 m². - Model (P): Includes 4 bedrooms, with a land area of 280 m² and a basic residential unit area of 183 m². - Model (Q): Includes 5 bedrooms, with a land area of 350 m² and a basic residential unit area of 260 m². Additionally, the project includes vast green spaces, walkways, public facilities, children's play areas, a mosque, a commercial area, and a nursery, ensuring a well-rounded and vibrant community.
